I used to drink 4+ cups of coffee a day, but it made my stomach feel bad, so I don't drink coffee anymore. It's hard to keep to feel fresh.
But small 330 ml or 550 ml? How strong? Me would drink 500 ml x12 on a saturday - sunday cycle (24 hours).
You might be developing a caffeine resistance, which is quite common, especially with energy drinks. Try taking a break from them for a few days, and you should start feeling their effects again.I’m on approximately 200 mg/day. Somehow, I still can’t seem to stay awake. I can’t take power naps either as I just end up sleeping for real.
What about you? What’s your caffeine intake like?

With books. They digest faster thanks to caffeine.Caffeine is my main food.
Unfortunately, I've let that habit slide quite a bit. It's been a long time since I've read a good book. But you've just reminded me of something, and I'll pass the ball to you: A few years ago, I went to my doctor because I was feeling down and somewhat depressed, to see if he could prescribe me some pills or something. And though it might sound like a joke, what he prescribed was a book, "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl. I left there extremely angry and cursing the entire Spanish healthcare system. A year or two later, I found the piece of paper around the house where he had written down the name of the book, and out of curiosity, I ended up reading it. A truly recommendable book, I must say. With books. They digest faster thanks to caffeine.
