How much caffeine do you take everyday?

I used to drink 4+ cups of coffee a day, but it made my stomach feel bad, so I don't drink coffee anymore. It's hard to keep to feel fresh.

Just 1 cup every morning

500 ml *2, each 250 mg caffeine.

Once I get to 350 mg level I start feeling tingling sensation.

At 500 mg I get mind powers and eye lasers.

Disclaimer: it's so high because of resistance / tolerance thing.

My first coffee ever was 80 mg and I had tingling sensation too.

I drink one can of this 250 mg and I'm like "wait, I'm not really stimulated, just want more of something", "oh yeah, gotta drink another!".

And then the fiesta starts.

Some fool would just get anxious and panicky, but... the resistance does what it does.

Once I reach 500 mg level, I don't have to use for 8 - 10 following hours. Then I only top it with 60 - 100 mg and it sticks.

It builds up in your system like cocaine. Which cocaine and caffeine have in common - they build up in your system giving you cumulative "different" effect at one point.

Cocaine is in fact a bad replacement for coffee. Unless you're cheving coca leaves from time to time.

0mg/day.

I like the taste of coffee and I've tried caffeine pills in the past, but it doesn't do anything for me.

Something funny about coffee, but because it has no effect on me, it took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out that some people were serious when they said they "need their morning coffee". I used to think it was just some kind of allusion to depression for adults; that they were going to spike it with alcohol or some other drug to get through their miserable day, but pretend they were just drinking coffee.

I’m on approximately 200 mg/day. Somehow, I still can’t seem to stay awake. I can’t take power naps either as I just end up sleeping for real.

What about you? What’s your caffeine intake like?
You might be developing a caffeine resistance, which is quite common, especially with energy drinks. Try taking a break from them for a few days, and you should start feeling their effects again.

coffee latte as always, 2 years ago I usually drink around 5 cups/day

I drink caffeine every day, from one espresso coffee to four. (no sugar)

3-4 espresso each day. And 3-4 cups of green tea type gunpowder. That’s way more efficient for mental fitness as caffeine for me

With books. They digest faster thanks to caffeine.
Unfortunately, I've let that habit slide quite a bit. It's been a long time since I've read a good book. But you've just reminded me of something, and I'll pass the ball to you: A few years ago, I went to my doctor because I was feeling down and somewhat depressed, to see if he could prescribe me some pills or something. And though it might sound like a joke, what he prescribed was a book, "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl. I left there extremely angry and cursing the entire Spanish healthcare system. A year or two later, I found the piece of paper around the house where he had written down the name of the book, and out of curiosity, I ended up reading it. A truly recommendable book, I must say.

Zero. It's not good for you and you can live without it.

I did not consume coffee..... Only tea.... But recently I liked coffe with nut...
