Alcohol is much worse than caffeine. Jus to make it clear for people who avoid caffeine and drink alcohol. One cup of coffee is fair because I like my heart.
I can beat a horse to death too after it.I drink enough caffeine to kill a small horse
I’m on approximately 200 mg/day. Somehow, I still can’t seem to stay awake. I can’t take power naps either as I just end up sleeping for real.
What about you? What’s your caffeine intake like?
If we weren't all poor we would do the same.I gave up coffee recently, but I still drink tea. It apparently still has a fair amount of caffeine, but some sources say that less caffeine leaks out into the tea when you brew.
I definitely notice a BIG difference between a cup of tea vs an espresso.
I can go a day or 2 without any tea and I don't feel anything, but when I was drinking coffee I couldn't go more than half a day without getting a caffeine headache.
With tea I don't feel like I need anything in the morning either, nor do I ever feel tired. There's definitely something different about tea. It's black tea with milk too, not herbal/green.
If you can't stay awake then you need to work on your diet/health/sleep. Caffeine is not meant to keep you awake, it's meant to give you a cognitive boost.
I personally eat a carnivore diet. I only eat fatty steak, lamb and some vintage cheese. Goat kefir too. Switching to carnivore got rid of all my health issues. No headaches or joint issues from spending too long at a computer. That's why I stopped coffee, I just naturally stopped drinking it as I didn't feel I needed it anymore.

Yeah, you need a ton of caffeine to get cognitive boost constantly.
The cognitive boost I get once I eat 700g pork / beef + extra sauce for taste + caffeine, I can't describe it.I'm not that big. I'm 80kg and 175cm, so I only eat about 800g to 1kg of rib-eye per day. Sometimes I do a 48 hour fast. I'm in the middle of one just now. It's good for losing fat. You still need to eat less to lose fat, although you won't put on fat if you eat a high fat diet. Well, unless you're very overweight, you will lose a lot on carnivore, but to go from 15-18% body fat to 8% you need to eat less for a while or do some 48 hour fasts once a week or twice a month.

It's crazy.
It made me laugh. I know what you're talking about.Yes, it's unbelievable. Carbs, vegetables, fruit and such crap are bad for the body. Fatty animal products allow you to function at a different level in terms of intelligence, memory, focus and energy.
Fatty beef + NAC + glycine + noopept + nicotine + vinpocetine is my stack.
When I want the highest boost I take the nicotine, vinpocetine, noopept and ginseng at the same time and my brain goes into overdrive. I can see and rotate complex objects in 3D in my head. Fold, rotate, unfold etc.
dual n-back training for 10 mins every night too.
It made me laugh. I know what you're talking about.
Nicotine I wouldn't think about it as it's mostly cigarettes and smokes related, but maybe it's some hack.
What's important, it doesn't work so well if you're a teenager. You need to be adult for it.
Niquitin transparent, 21 mg/24 h, transdermal patch 114 mg, grade 1, patches, 7 pcs.Nicotine doesn't have anything to do with smoking
It's very good for your brain. It's neuroprotective and it's not addictive either. It's only addictive when smoked because you get a short high hit of it. When ingested you get a smooth 30-60 minute cognitive boost.

It's recommended for people who want to stop smoking.
Well, I thought about it about 10 years ago when I was researching nootropics. But thought it's kinda absurd. Maybe I'll try it soon.

Try 6 times a week. Enjoy recovery from it.X3 bar (variable resistance training) + carnivore is insane.
I usually drink a large cup in the morning. It's great to start the work dayI’m on approximately 200 mg/day. Somehow, I still can’t seem to stay awake. I can’t take power naps either as I just end up sleeping for real.
