I started reading it getting annoyed by how friendly and English you sound, and then I finally understood that I was reading the word 'mate' the wrong way.

@VaLeRyA yerba mate contains heavy metals. :D
You are referring to the yerba mate produced in the province of Misiones, Argentina, it contains low levels of metals suitable for consumption, the yerba mate that I consume is produced in the province of Corrientes Argentina, which does not contain heavy metals since the soil is completely different from Misiones (reddish land).
This is produced in several places, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.

I have one 20 oz of Starbucks coffee, and sometimes I will even go for maybe a smaller cup, so if I am using Google, it would be 680mg. I have been doing it for about 12 years, and sometimes, I will cut back.
What the hell...

They sell 450 mg caffeine content coffee cup?!!

What I get here doesn't usually cross 120 mg.
