What BHW pays or does not pay it's moderators is none of my concern, until such time as I either apply to be one or am asked to be one. I'm just happy that moderators like @BassTrackerBoats and @MisterF, along with all the other moderators are here and are doing a fantastic job!
P.S. As someone who is an instructor, I can tell you that I get much more out of teaching than the pay. I assume that the mods learn and gain insights and experiences, just like instructors do.

Maybe they're doing it for free? lol no i doubt it, allot of time is used, im sure they're getting paid + other jobs they have on here, selling their products, services etc.

They must be paid because there are lot of sections in BHW.to keep eye on each section and on each thread not an easy job.
