You can upload as many as you want, 1 a 100, nobody will say anything, but you have to think about what are you doing first.
Uploading 10 low quality videos < ONE good video, so don't do fast bad quality videos, no one will watch, no one will care about them, take your time and create good content, this way you'll grow with a solid background, with good content and a good line for your quality.
Then the subs and the views will follow along.
Spending time on promoting good videos, and keyword searching and SEO analysis for your videos, way better than making other videos just to have a bigger amount of videos.
