How Many Times Should i Insert a Keyword in Content

in my opinion, you should use your main keyword as follows
  • at least once in the title element of the page.
  • at least once in the headline.
  • two to three times in the content.
  • one time in the meta description.
Thank you for this suggestion

I love this, people are so misinformed on this forum
And it feels like there’s some kind of hidden agenda here. Throw in lots of misinformation and confusion so people will get desperate and buy the useless ‘services’. Get out of here and write quality content but make sure people are looking for it. Don’t compete with the big guys, avoid best X products and answer questions.

go fucking do it, stop trying shortcuts. It won’t help.

Do the basic onpage stuff, other than that just write for the audience, build more links, and rub a midget's head. 60% of the time it works every time.

You would probably benefit from using an SEO plugin that reminds you to put the keyword in the title, alt image, etc.... All the main places.
The plugin Rank Math helps with that but when it comes to putting the keyword in the article it is horseshit. Nobody really knows how often you should use it. Make the writing natural seems to be the best advice, use variations, and long-tail keywords.
Find variations of your keyword and use them instead of stuffing the same word in the article over and over.

you should try to include your primary keyword about once every 100-150 words. So if you're writing a 1000 word article, inserting the primary keyword around 7-10 times would be appropriate.

The general rule of thumb is that specific keywords can be used no more than five times in a regular blog post. Anything that will seem spammy to the reader which will have a negative effect on the user interface.

yes, you have to add internal linking to other blogposts instead of FAQs

About the keywords density is still a grey area bro. I read some top blogs written by Neil p and most of the articled have tons of keyword overstuffed. Putting that aside, some articles rank on top and seem not to have keyword focus at all. Anyway you can try using yoast see if can be helpful

The keyword density for the article is 1 to 1.5%. You have to place the keywords in the following

1. Meta description
2. Headline
3. First and last paragraph of the article

I think things have changed a lot, yes it is very important to use keyword technically in the content, but your focus should be a high-quality content that is relevant to your audience and the content engaging enough because, if you just put keyword without making sense in your content, it will be useless, write the content according to the user, then put keywords accordingly, your content shouldn't look like you have stuffed keywords, then the density should be less than 2%.
All the best with your work.
