How many times check keyword google ranking

How many times in a day you check search console and keyword ranking in google search.
I check every 1-2 hour..
Is it bad for ranking as google may know i am doing something...

Mostly, check 3 to 4 times is enough, when you change or update your sites.

Probably not 'bad' in Google's eyes but bad for your mental health and a waste of time that you could be using improving your site, building links or other marketing activities.
 
Nothing will happen if you check frequently. But you can check once a day.
 
I remember checking Google Console, Analytics, and keyword rank checker multiple times a day when I first started blogging. I believe most of us have gone through this phase. The advice I can give to my past self is instead of wasting time checking your rankings, impressions, and others, why not use that time to do keyword research? Or spy on your competitor's website for keywords and backlinks opportunities.
 
Depending on your keyword, if there is low competition for your keyword, then you'll rank within a few weeks. In cases of higher competition, it will certainly take longer, like 6 months or more. So, checking once a day is fine.

Its a kind of anxiety and curiousness.
Its not bad anymore but you can stll be confident on your work and keep on doing good things for your site by watching once or twice is enough
 
Nothing bad in checking it often. Focus on building your site rather than spending time on this.
 
You can check as many times as you want, you should keep checking more frequently while you update new content and adding some keywords.
 
Yes, you can check twice a day, or if the articles are indexed by Google then you can check again once they are indexed
 
For my own sites; As and when I can be arsed, basically.
