I love to get a morning run in At the “hills”
4 times a week minimal

How do you guys stay healthy ?

Haven't done too much workout for the past 4-5 months. Need to Take Action on the workout as well ;)

I workout 5 days a week. But planning on 4 times a week.

you should have asked how many times in a month, in this case, my answer is zero

14 times lol 10x running 4x weight
but im doin this stuff as an athlete:D

If juggling kids counts as workout, then, at least 3-5 times a day

5 times weekly 90 minutes daily intense gym workout

Never workout anymore .. Should start again maybe, been 10 years since last time .. =(

I am an ectomorph - I can eat whatever I want, but won't gain a single gram.

Once I've been interested in how big Ectomorph I am.
So I started eating only junk food for a month (McDonald, pizzas, candies...).

The result has been ridicolous. Instead of gaining at least 1kg, I lost 2,5 kg. xD
So I got a little bit pissed off. I have ordered a proper food menu from a Fitness guy, who had great results.
So my diet began, and I started going into a gym for approximately 45min - 55min, four times a week.

I did workout only with heavy weights, didn't make too many reps. I did also workout only the big muscles such as: Legs, back, and chest.
After one year without progress, I gave up. The biggest joke is my brother is gaining weight like nothing. I'm 21, and he is going to be soon 18 years old.
Within a month he will be heavier than me, even though I am the taller guy xD
At least someone from the family is going look good! hahah

The point is my metabolism is so fucking fast that, if I gain something within a day it's gone.

Whatever, to have at least some strength, I exercise at home 3 - 4 times a week.

I love to do workout but I don't have protein and without protein I don't see any point in doing workout.
If I had daily protein , I would have been doing for 5-6 days a week.

6 times a week (following Arnold bodybuilding program - training each muscle group x2 times a week)

And when was preparing for boxing competition, I was training x2 times a day

Push ups almost every hour I work.

And 5 days a week when I am at home :)

Works good.
