How many time can I get backlink from Single PBN or Web 2.0?

If you blog is about animals and my pbn and web 2.0 is about dogs.
I publish new articles about dogs and get one link from pbn and web 2.0.
After some days I published again new article about dog breed so can I get one another backlinks from same pbn and web 2.0. will it improve my rankings?
