There is no definite answer to this question.
Keep uploading shorts daily and keep watch, you never know when one short goes viral.
I have been uploading shorts in one of my channel since past many days. Every short gained around 1k to 8k views. But two days ago one short fetched 80k views without me doing anything different. So that's how it is.

Again, there is no set thumb-rule for this too.
It depends upon your capacity to produce videos. How many videos do you produce everyday without loosing the quality?
I manage 4 to 5 channels and my efforts are divided into producing content for these many, so I can produce at least 1 short video for each along with the regular videos (I have a team with me).
If you can publish 2 to 3 short videos daily that should also be fine. Let us wait and see what others have to say on this here.

Just keep uploading short videos and soon it will gain viewers.

You will get some views from first short itself. But to get first viral video, it will take some time.

There is not a definitive number for this, but I would say if you upload Anime Videos keep uploading 2-4 videos daily with 2+ Hour Gap between the two videos. Don't just copy the content from TikTok edit the videos and give them your own unique touch.

Catchy thumbnails over the shorts and daily content would easily get you views increasing .
