You can start with 3-5 but be sure to add regularly - try to do it the same way a "real" site owner would update his site.
What's more important is not to add money site links very often, if at all, because that dilutes the link juice you're sending and makes the site more obviously a PBN. We recommend starting with one money site link, and then perhaps adding another money site link (to a different but related site) every 5-7 new posts.
