- Anything more can look spammy to the algorithm, especially if posted back-to-back.

YES Tiktok has a limit of 24 posts per day and the it resets after 24 hours. But you should focus on the quality of content you're dishing out not just numbers

You're posting too much! Lower it to 3 videos per day and 2 the next day. Focus on the Quality and the 3-second Hook. Make your users interact with a CTA. Be consistent. The ones with better performance use a Microjob place to pump it up a bit.

There’s no strict limit on tiktok, 1–4 videos per day is generally safest, 7 in 24h isn’t a ban risk but can trigger temporary distribution limits, a 0 view video usually means it’s still under review or got throttled not penalized, wait a few hours and avoid rapid reposting, consistency matters more than volume.

7 posts won’t get you banned, but it’s a bit much for one day. TikTok usually performs best at 1–3 videos per day, spaced out.

why dont you distribute all your contents and scheduled it to 1 post per day (max two)? it will save you in the long run compared to mass posting on few days and later no post at all?

I never noticed this; no idea. But make quality videos to get views.
