PATREON and the DOUGH
Love the consistency that this Adult niche brings
I made a Adult Visual Novel Game and I currently posted ONCE ONLY ONCE a site called f95 and got a Patreons
I make around 20 to 25 dollars monthly via Patreons.

Best part aboit the Niche is, as the game gets built I get paid. Rather its completed or not, Im paid along the way.
Tbh its the Best adult niche I could easily rape my head around.

This is an absolutely terrible attitude to have. Don't say you'll make a project with a finite end if you can't deliver.

You may think you're on the gravy train now, but if you don't follow up on promises, gaming related people remember forever. A patron scorned is not something you ever want in general, too. There have been numerous gaming kickstarters that have tried the whole "I'll just kickstart and throw up a patreon for money" and deliver on only some of the promises, while sucking up the rest of the kickstart/patreon money for their own expenses. There might be a handful of saps that always give you money, but the smart ones tell others on gaming websites and tell gaming youtubers what you've done and you'll earn a terrible reputation. You won't be able to hide away from it as easily as you think.

I know you're probably thinking "But that's Kickstarter, this is Patreon! I can just exist and make a game for money slowly." That isn't true. The same rules apply. You will always have more if you have a tight schedule and deliver, even if they're small updates. Also, always keep your promises. Don't make a promise in gaming if you can't keep it. It's a ruthless industry to fail in, even the adult gaming niche. You'll be content for one of these Youtube videos if you don't:

Um wow.... To anyone who read this Definitely deliver on your word. IN ALL THINGS we call that good business sense and most often a basic in life sense. I do plan on just finishing the game and creating another one if i want more money its not that hard at all.
