Do you think how many people are botting on instagram
100,000 or more?

Make sure that every account with 10k+ followers is probably currently botting or botted once to get there so my answer is millions of accounts are botting and Instagram knows about them and do nothing if they stay and operate within tthe limits , like the US government and the Mexican Cartels :p
 
As someone said, if we're talking about physical people, then not sooo many (still a high number I believe). If we talk about accounts, just see the linked report above
