how many manual actions per day is safe?

I think one is enough to flag you forever. How are you managing 4 per day? I can't even....

it would be very difficult to manually adjust the duration and seconds of the bot, do everything so that the bot takes care of it, why bother yourself for nothing

I would not risk a 4 year old personal account with Bots, even though some people are very successful with them for sure.
I also do not think that any number of humanely possible actions would get you banned unless it is spamming and copy paste comments and inbox msgs. Don't get yourself reported for spamming and you will be fine. This is my opinion and I have very limited knowledge on this topic.

if you do the same as a normal person can, who will not block the number of transactions to be done in time zones, then the block will not eat

yeah i think i have to do the manual actions very limited in the begining and increase it over time. Lets see how it goes

Instagram puts a limit on the total number of actions you can do in one day to be 500 Likes, Comments, Follow, Unfollow, and DMs included. Since your account has not been too active; use the 'combined actions limit' stingily for the first two weeks and grow it gradually to be safe.
