How many internal links per blog post?

Internal links are links that point to a page within the same domain, it helps the website to be user-friendly and can improve SEO results. My question today is, how many internal links is enough?

Internal links are natural, if only for 1 keyword optimization, it should use an internal link, because 1 high temperature internal chain transfer weight is the highest
 
Think of internal links this way: link to inner pages ONLY if the content they contain actually ADDS VALUE to the content or section of content you're linking out from.
 
If the links are useful and look natural, you can add as many as you want.
 
Only 1 Internal link per blog post. you can use different links for different posts.
 
What I do is that I don't focus on the number of internal links in my post. For as long as the internal links I'm embedding add value to what is being said in the article, it should be fine. I'd rather focus on writing a descriptive anchor text.
 
In SEO internal linking plays a very important role in making your website rank higher in all the search engine platforms. There is no such limitation that how many internal linking can you do but it should look natural and relevant according to the post.
 
As long as your links are useful for your users, it's okay. There used to be a rule of no more than 100 links on a page in the Google Webmaster Guidelines, they've removed that rule though.
 
There's not an exact number. I'd suggest you look at your competitors and see what they're doing. I must add that sometimes it depends on the niche. For example, in health sites, you can see lots of internal links compared to other niches.
 
I think it doesn't matter on the number of internal links - just ensure that it's not intentionally done to spam something on your own site, but primarily those that are set by a plugin, should already enforce best practices, and they should be safe to be used, imo. Just make it look natural, and you should be fine.
 
Internal links are very useful for SEO, you can use internal links in your each blogpost, also there is no restrictions for internal links count but the only thing you have to keep in your mind is the links should look natural and user friendly.
 
Internal links connects your content. Add links only to relevant pages and don't over do it.
 
Based on my experiment, if these were generated through plugins, and if they are relevant within your site/blog and with a structure which doesn't look spammy (plugins do implement best-practices most of the time), then you can in fact increase the threshold accordingly, without much adverse effect from that.
