How many internal links one use in there blogs?

You probably have got your answer by now.

I will add just one important point - make sure the links are placed on the accurate / relevant words those serve as a good anchor text. 2 to 3 links per 1000 words max as mentioned above.

Put 1-4 links per 1.000 word article and you should be fine.
