As, in my organization one of my colleague has attached over 10-12 internal links in a blog of approx. 1000 words
How many internal links one use in there blogs?

I don't think there's any specific guide on how many internal links you can have in a post. But for a 1000-word article, 10 links is 1 link for every 100 words, that might appear a but spammy to users/visitors.

Even i too suggest you the same...attaching over 10-12 internal links in a blog its not a good idea bruh.

As always said, there is not a specific or optimal numbers for internal links.
Some use many links, but some don't.

For a 1000-word article, you can include 10 internal links if they fit naturally, otherwise you should limit the number of links.

Internal links should be helpful for juice links flow but should be the most reasonable for the content purpose and meantime visitor friendly. Too many links will destroy the accessibility and feel hard. Please avoid it and just use most reasonable links only
