Am newbie into social media traffic, I have got affiliated with pharmacy programs & I heard that we can get decent traffic from reditt by spamming into that? How many of you making $$$$ with reditt?
How many IM'ers use reditt for traffic?

I would not recommend "spamming into reddit".
Most the users there are pretty tech savvy, so you either have to use ads, or at least be smart with how you promote. Create a valuable post, also you need decent post karma and comment karma to post in some places / not look as spammy.

In Reddit you will need real quality and thinking a little out of the box, you're talking about a pharmacy program, so for example: Do NOT post a link to your website saying cheap X drug! instead, post a "review" from a customer talking about the benefits he had with that drug in a niche sub-reddit where people have the same problem and discreetly put a link to the pharmacy website saying that he bought it there.
