How many hours SEO work is required?

Hi, can you give me the name of your mailing list? How do you find blogs with follow links?

Working hours is not a factor to measure your SEO results, the quality of the work decides the results.
i would say whatever you do for seo, concentrate on quality not on quantity.

Are you already ranking for your keywords? if the answer is no, then you're not done yet, its not a matter of hours but a matter of constancy. Withouth knowing any niche information its hard to tell (and even with information it can be hard), but you can take a look at #1 site ranking for your keyword and look at their content and referring domains. How long it can take you to improve their content and reach or get closer to that amount of referral (assuming quality) domains withouth looking unnatural for Google?

I'm hesitant to share the list because a BHW member I respect (@jefis) has a competing business. As far as finding blogs to comment on, I'm a real estate Broker in the USA with my own company. There are various trade unions and companies that have blogs. All of them that I've seen all have blogs that you can either post on with a basic "Name, Email and Website" form, or Disquss login. These all seem to have ******** links, in so far as I've seen. I use the FireFox plugin/extension called "NoFollow", which highlights in a red border all of the nofollow links on a site. If people have commented already and their names have a link w/o the red border around it, then it's a ********. I'll often post on these even if they're no-follow, simply because of the brand exposure and for a natural backlink profile.

I'm sure that the trade union blogs exist for other industries as well. As far as leveraging these for affiliate sites for tech, shoes, etc., that I don't know.

SEO work depends on the competition. I spent most of the time in link building activity to get the desired result.

I don't use any tool I do most of the things manually so I need to spend a lot of time on my website.
