How many hours do you work a day?

Every 60 minutes it helps to do pushups or pull-ups until failure. Takes 1 min and refreshes your brain and energy for another 60 min

Also, writing goals down every night and morning is a must do. I forget the numbers but the majority of rich people start every morning with writing a small to-do list for the day and long term goal.

Writing goals down everyday puts more pressure on yourself and changes subconscious. Eventually every choice the goal-writter makes is for the sake of the goal

If you enjoy what you are doing --- you'll be productive!
I work 4 hours per day M-F

Sometimes I miss the structure and rigidity of a 9-5 setup. Lately, I have been in a rut so I would say none at all. But reflecting on this answer, I feel ashamed as it seems I'm just wasting time away. I am going to start again and be busy for the next couple of days and dig myself out of these blues.

Nowadays 1 or 2 hours writing articles. You could argue that I work all day because I play games and then review them. I'm usually taking notes while playing, but since I'm having fun I hardly call it "work".

The real question is how many hours a day are you working AND how much money are you making from it! :P

About 6 hours a day, but I have been very lazy lately !
In peak times I'm up to 16 hours, sometimes for weeks if I'm on a big thing and cash is flowing.

It's not work if you enjoy what you do, that's the secret ;)

If I work 7hours at my day job I am working 7 hours on my side hustle when I come home

Oh gosh... sometimes too many, sometimes too little.

I get real big bursts of productivity and smash out a tonne of work and other days I get really distracted between doing tasks.

This is actually a really good advice.

I work full time as an auditor and during the peak season which is peak all year round we work 15-16 hours a day nonestop including weekends and public holidays to meet listed companies announcements deadline.

IHMO working long hours without enough sleep is like cutting a tree with really dull saw. Fuxking counter productive but Dam these audit firm all love this culture.

In the Era of Youtube Netflix and co. Who even watches TV anymore?

Even students in my age don't watch TV anymore. Its just too much advertisement also.

Yea I agree, but it doesn't start doing these advertisements at interesting parts in a movie or does it?

I don't think I need to pee in an exciting part, but Television companys in Germany think I do. Also these advertisements last for atleast 10 Minutes here.

Yes I´m triggered by that.
