Nothing? Why would I work after having done 20k hours of work in total. Crazy amount after which you realize money comes from an exposition of goods and offers in front of people.
Not really the amount matters. It's more about dealing with people who create offers instead of just workforce.
A WP dev with a good offer put in front of the right people makes more than an experienced c++ dev without a good offer.

People here work on manipulating search engines and people. That's tricking people and enginee. Not working.
