Self-employed life: sometimes 12+ hours, sometimes 4. It’s all about managing time and energy (and lots of coffee) :)

used to be 18 hour days...now I hire people and VAs. I don't work more than 1-2 hours a day but I do spend most of the day still learning and thinking and then strategizing what to make my team do. You wanna get paid for thinking not doing actual busy work. You can hire people for that.
 
been doing all. even 24 hours a day. because, how can you sleep when you are so close to victory?

i'm not saying get sick, live unhealthy
 
I usually put in about 7-8 hours daily but it totally depends on the workload. Some days are easy, while others feel like marathons. Remember, productivity over hours. Work smart, folks.
 
I'm working 12hrs a day everyday. Might not be healthy but I chose trying the self-employed way instead of slaving myself for a boss

At the end of the day, being exhausted working for yourself is a satisfying feeling.

Being tired to collect the paycheck is a curse that will follow you all your life. Good choice and good luck
 
Work smarter, not harder. Thats my motto.

Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to do that yet.
 
Personally I spend 12-14 hours working and 2-5 hours studying, but my team is 24/7 they always take turns working
 
Hey buddy,
I run my own business and currently work about 2 hours a day, with my virtual assistants taking care of the rest
 
Cant say I am working all 12 hours - But I do sit at computer for more than 12 hours for sure.
 
Counting how much time you work is what makes you go on the way down.

I probably work more than I should but the outcome is always past worth it.
