I'm not saying I know RoiBox for 30 years, nor he was enthusiastic all the last 30 years (if he was doing this nonstop for the last 30 yrs, it was time to speculate about other symptoms, and we're not docs, doc), but what I seen and knew already is that this Box called Roi spread a lot of positivity in our community, in the last years, both for the established members and also for the newbies.

Easy, keep your living costs minimal, then sell work that takes way less time then you actually invoice. Not that hard to figure out. WordPress maintenance is one of those type of jobs.

I used to work 16+ too, I hired an assistant bcs of this reason, but it feels she is at the maximum she can give and it's clearly not good enough for me, in terms of skills and also of being able to think outside the box and deliver a result no matter what. But I also wonder if it can ever be enough for us

I don't know mostly i browse around social media or BHW in my working hours. So don't know how much I am spending time on my work.
