Honestly, same here. I tell myself I’m working all day, but true focused work is around 3 to 5 hours max.Hey guys,
Just curious , how many hours a day do you actually spend working on your online stuff?
Not talking about watching YouTube videos about making money or scrolling BHW (we all do it), I mean real focused work, building sites, running ads, doing SEO, outreach, selling, etc.
For me, I tell myself I’m grinding all day, but if I’m being real, it’s probably 3-4 focused hours max. The rest is kinda… pretending to be busy
Anyone else feel like this? Or are you out here pulling 10-12 hour grind sessions for real?
No judgment, just wondering how everyone really operates behind the scenes.
IMO, most people who allege that they work 11+ hour grind sessions are getting their hours wrong - or their quality of work isn't that high. I mean, every time you sit down to focus on something you literally are fighting your monkey brain's dopamine cravings.Hey guys,

It depends on the project(s). If it's something urgent and well paid, I can work all the day (12-16-20 hours)
Scrolling for me is also work.. I am not social media person, but I am forced to utilise it for business.. Since age of 18 I am pretty much sleeping 5-6 hours.. I had some free time during covid - walks, hikes, but those times are over now. Back to business (running few). Is hard when you have people who depends on you - thats all I can sayHey guys,

really good adviceI program for about 10-15 hours a day, most of the time, every day. @luisauers23 Make a list of ALL your tasks over a couple of months in a note pad, if you feel you are slacking. Only the things that are essential to your business. Then you'll have a better grip on your time, and you won't spend time thinking about the right thing to do, and waste time doing nothing. Keep your administrative tasks separate from your marketing tasks. Remember you work in a business that has different departments, such as sales, research, maintenance, and admin.
I think it depends on the amount of work each day that the client gives me, I usually spend about 5-6 hours working, but sometimes I work and sometimes I play.Hey guys,
