Hey guys,

Just curious , how many hours a day do you actually spend working on your online stuff?

Not talking about watching YouTube videos about making money or scrolling BHW (we all do it :D), I mean real focused work, building sites, running ads, doing SEO, outreach, selling, etc.

For me, I tell myself I’m grinding all day, but if I’m being real, it’s probably 3-4 focused hours max. The rest is kinda… pretending to be busy :D

Anyone else feel like this? Or are you out here pulling 10-12 hour grind sessions for real?
No judgment, just wondering how everyone really operates behind the scenes.

It depends on the project(s). If it's something urgent and well paid, I can work all the day (12-16-20 hours).

2-3 hours at the most per month.
That's what we called financially free. 2-3 hours per month was my ideal one but as of now I work a lot everyday, mostly 15-20 hours just pure hustle no days off.

Well, everyone can achieve it, depends on your needs, my needs are small and I rather have my freedom than some fancy life, the older you get, the less important your need get`s.

I program for about 10-15 hours a day, most of the time, every day. @luisauers23 Make a list of ALL your tasks over a couple of months in a note pad, if you feel you are slacking. Only the things that are essential to your business. Then you'll have a better grip on your time, and you won't spend time thinking about the right thing to do, and waste time doing nothing. Keep your administrative tasks separate from your marketing tasks. Remember you work in a business that has different departments, such as sales, research, maintenance, and admin.

Thank you for that genuine advice @Panther28 will do.

Reality is less than 1 hour per day if we take average. I know I should be more serious about work.

Absolutely... but there is always a break in between, but I usually do 10-15 hours minimum most days.

If am not burned out 7-9 hours a day and 6 days a week. Am talking productive work. But to work 7-9 hours i am usually in the office for 11-12 hours. Because inbetween I take a 30 minutes power nap, play with the cats outside the office, gardening and gaming for an hour or so. Plus recently i started playing tennis on the VR headset it's my only form of physical work out these days.

If am burned out, then just 1-2 hours of productive work. To ensure I finish any critical tasks in hand and audit my VAs.

I think in a month. Am productive for about 18-20 days and the rest of the 5-6 days am just on the Netflix rabit hole.

But i only work for 9-10 months a year.

7-10 hours and I am good, 4-hour focused work? Not my thing.

According to a new report, internet users worldwide spend an average of 400 minutes—nearly seven hours—a day online. Personally, my usage is about the same.
