There's no limit that I'm aware of.

as far as i know, there is no limit in creating facebook pages in a day

Don't create N number of pages on daily basis , start with low numbers .
Also along with your main profile from which you are creating pages , get 2-3 secondary accounts make them Admin of those pages .
In case your main account got disabled anyhow you can still work on those pages through other accounts.

There is No Limit On Number Of Pages.. But If Facebook Think This is an Uusual Activity then they will ban Your Account and Ask for ID verification..
