How many blog posts should I publish before I start doing SEO or link building?

Should I focus on content first or try to get links right away?
Search engine optimize (SEO) start from your first content, developing searchable keywords is an act of SEO which improve your website in serp. Building link require loads of contents before proceed.

There are different kind of SEO. You should definitely start doing tech and internal seo immediately so you don't have a big mess to clean up later on. Make sure your site is well structured, easy to navigate and to index and error free,. Also ensure that your content is well (but not too) optimized with proper headers (those are the h1/h2 etc...) good metas, tags. Start building internal links immediately, make sure your posts and pages link to each other. Since it's a new website, go for long tail keywords which are easy to rank as a focus for your posts.
I'd recommend that you start link building with social sharing and building relevant social profiles for your site.
External SEO (like link building) is important but you want your site to have a solid foundation (structure and good content) and that's part of Search Engine Optimization too

First let it rank naturally. Then focus on link building.

You can start SEO right away, but aim for at least 10–15 solid posts before link building. That way, visitors have content to explore and Google has something to crawl.

I think you should start by doing keyword research and writing content based on a main keyword. That way, you’ll have a content structure in place, and then you can build internal links and backlinks to strengthen your site

Honestly, I'd say nail your content first; solid content naturally attracts links anyway. What's the point of links pointing to something that isn't great?

you focus on producing high-quality content first. then link building later .
