How many accounts from one phone?

Hello fellow blackhatters,
I'm new to Instagram and just starting off with my journey (using FollowLiker to boost my accounts).
I created 5 accounts from my phone so far and was wondering whether it is possible to create unlimited accs from one phone. I dont have wifi switched on, so it should be possible or is there something like a device ID that can be checked?

Yes. There will be a block after creating too many accs on the same device since instagram is registrering your device ID. I've got that block before, not sure how many accounts I created before that though. Test for yourself!
 
You can always buy PVA accounts for like $1/account from the marketplace here.
 
I'm using Android ID Changer, but it requires ROOT Access.

Well, considering it's pretty easy to root an android phone, do you use your 4G data for creating them? I guess you just reconnect every time you create an account giving you a new IP?

I'm with a dynamic IP, sometimes I even use my neighbors wifi :D but however I have over 8 android devices. 8x5 = 40 accounts.

When someone else creates the PVA accounts and I use them on my proxies, the IP changes... does that never cause a red flag?

Thought I dont even have an IP if I'm not connected to wifi... I thought about just using 4G
