You can promote anything on youtube
heres some ideas

Make a printful etsy/teespring - make vids around it

drop shopping store - promote products

Product reviews for companies

You only need to rank videos and have traffic with a link directing out to make a sale, youtube ads is just one way of money

Make a teachable Course about something and promote it with basic content
