How long until mod looks at BST?

Hi
I submitted my BST last week and on the instructions screen, it said you have to wait for 24-48 hours for a mod to reply to your thread.

Its been way over 48 hours, no one has replied. Can someone help?

It usually takes 5-10 business days to get a response. It's only been 3 for you.

I'll get on it today but to be fair to the staff that operates in there we have been inundated with a ton of new services and are all working pretty hard to get them through the system so people can earn.
