How long should I wait to my shadowban expire?

First of all: hi. I`ve searched alot about this on the forum but I still have some doubts. So, sorry for bothering about it.

I've created my Instagram account like one year ago and started to act on the last week of january. I'm botting sofly with GMT2 for two weeks, doing a post every two days and reaching alot of people with (700 followers and 100 likes/photo). So, yesterday I`ve posted and the engagement decreased drastically. Only 7 likes in the photo in the first 14h hours.

How can I fix it? i'm thinking about pass my account for personal (actually it's business) and disable it for like 10 days when GMT2 license expires to see if it get back to normal.

Any tips?

1 to 14 days max. depending how many times you've been shadowbanned. I would just lay off that account for 14 days
 
the real shadowban lasts exactly 14 days
 
I've been shadowbanned before too. I checked the hashtags I had for my post and saw that my pic wasn't showing up in any of them, hence shadowbanned. Mine lasted for about a week. I just stopped botting, stopped liking, everything. I didn't touch that instagram for a whole week. Then it was back to normal after that. I started botting it again, but on very very slow in the beginning. PS, in case you didn't know, if you are running a bot, don't log into your instagram to do anything, you have to pause the bot before you log into your IG to do stuff. So you don't get flagged.
 
there is no time limit, but once you get shadow banned then the effect will last forever on that account because it already been marked as spam via Instagram.
 
I'm not sure if it will last forever, there is a blog post on how to remove it by blogger Alex Tooby. I don't know how to put his link on here, lol.
 
Ive measured it countless times, its exactly 14 days. If it was less than that for you, you probably didnt notice it right away, as at first the drop in engagement isnt quite as stark.

One last question: will the 14 days counts normally even if I disable my account? I pretend to do this because two long weeks without any actions will causa a considerable number of unfollows, I guess.
 
I have no experience with disabling accounts after a shadowban, however a shadowban means you get no exposure outside of your own following (no hashtags/explor/liked by etc). This is why your reach is below average.

However your own followers will still see your content, so I would suggest to keep posting. Inactivity is also a reason accounts can turn bad.

This is also false. You can be logged on from another device. You just can’t do any actions on it. Browsing is fine

Depends on what the last shadowbanned action you did... if your last post that was shadowbanned was 1/1/19 you won’t be able to post properly until 1/15/18
 
Posting too much is really not a reason to have your posts not show up in hashtags. You more than likely were using a "banned" hashtag. Remove this hashtag from all your posts and you can start posting again.

Check your last post that appeared in hashtags to see which hashtag is causing the problem.

I had an account hashtag "banned" for two months until I did this.
 
Often it will last around 2 weeks. You should try not to use repeated hashtags throughout the posts to make the ban disappear faster.
 
I've been there. Usually people might tell you that the average period is around two weeks. But I think there's nothing like that, it depends on your actions. You should quit botting for a while and try to act like you're normal/human user. It's very important to watch stories, comment and like comments. Scroll through feed, search for something, chat with other people if you can. Someone mentioned that running ads might help, but I never tried it by myself. I was shadowbanned many times and that's all I'm doing to get rid of it. I hope it was helpful bro, wish you the best! :)
