I've written about 500 words, and I'm shooting for %50+ uniqueness... I'm using The Best Spinner, but it's been nearly 2 hours and I've only spun the first paragraph out of about five.

For ever sentence, I'm writing 1 or 2 alternate sentences, and then spinning each sentence.

So far, the uniqueness is at %70.

I need to find some better way to do this...

How long does it take you to spin an article and to what uniqueness?

Write 5 articles, spin them on sentence level, spin them on word level, and then combine all five into one article (this spins the article on paragraph level). Use at least 25 good titles and spin them well, make sure you have empty strings in some of the spins {sentence1|sentence2|} and the same with paragraphs
{paragraph1||paragraph3}. Now, you have unlimited content to use and promote your site - you can blast article directories, web 2 sites, wp sites, you name it....

When using resource boxes, they have to be super-span as well. I am talking about 700 words of spitnax for the resource box alone and use of different URLs - to your site, inner pages, your web 2.0, your published articles, etc.

Total time - 8-10 hours if you know what you are doing

Sounds like it's worth the time though... Very useful method. Thanks.

About how many submissions do you think this would work with?

Spinning takes longer than just typing shit out yourself.

I can get about 200% uniqueness and even spin the letters of each word in about 15 minutes for a 500 word article. Sooo slow ;)

Depends how many varyations you want. For 500-600 submissions, I find rewriting every sentence once, maybe twice, then just mixing in words after I've done that. I also use spinchimp, which is a thousand times faster than TBS.

I'd normally spin the sentences like I said, but then hit global spin, and play with the results of that a little.

lol theres totally no such thing as 200% unique. I think alot of spinners and programs bump up their spin % just to sound good!

Thousands and thousands - you can use the content to promote your pages, then build a good web 2.0 (say decent squidoo lens) and use the same content to build a layer of links, linking to the lens. When using AMR, create new accounts every now and then, write new resource boxes and new titles every now and then and you can use the content indefinitely. The footprints are pretty much zero.....

The creating several articles and mashing them up into 1 great highly unique and well spun article is fantastic for long term use.

If I am spinning on word level only, I always aim for 70-80% uniqueness whilst still be readable, I can usually spin a 500 word article as quick as 20 minutes (when in the 'zone'), although this can be as long as an hour.

I've never really gone with sentence level spinning, but I could imagine if you had 3 sentences per re-write, the article would take 3x as long, without considering the time to add the additional sentences in the first place.

It takes me (or my writers) 1 week to spin a 6 paragraph article. Each paragraph gets rewritten 2 more time, each sentence 2 more times, then word/phrase synonyms.

I have longer article seeds that are about 80,000 words long and spun on 8 levels deep. I also have a madlib system with spun text that is about 400,000 words and allows me to produce massive amounts of content in my niche whenever i need them. With all the seed text I have I can generate tens of thousands of articles to post wherever I want. And they are about 99% readable, make sense and are actually useful (as opposed to superficial posts).

Incredible. Do you offer this as a service? How much do you charge for this?

It takes me five minutes doing this.

1), Paste the article into your word document.
2). Go to edit select all.
    3). Select Find and replace.
4). Replace all of the keywords with something different.

Example if the most keywords are airplane, replace them with helicopter. Use whatever makes sense. Also replace anything you can for keywords with an (s) on the end.

No I don't. From over 150 people I tested I barely found 2 that can properly spin on multiple levels and not produce absolute rubbish. But now I know I was looking in the wrong place :)

Oh and by the way, I've had one guy spin full time for the past 10 months for a single niche and I haven't even started posting. Then again when I'll get into that niche I expect to own first page for most keywords lol.

A 500 word article to 90% unique takes me about an hour.

Yeah, it takes me like 4 and I'm a pretty adept linguist. Shit is painful, but it has to be done.

Some of you really amuse me with your X% numbers. First of all the uniqueness % provided by any spinning software is INCORRECT/BAD. The article you get is not 100/50/15/1000% unique it is the seed that is % unique compared to the original. That means if you have 100 words and for each you add a synonym you get something like 100% unique. BUT if you spin that seed 10000 your average uniqueness will be very very low because you will get lots of articles that are not that unique compared to some other article that was generated. In order to correctly compute uniqueness you have to actually spin the articles X times and then compare each spin/article with every other generated. While some will be 100% unique, most will be much lower. The more spins you generate the lower the uniqueness for the whole batch is.

Most people overspin. They add just one-level spinning for words and then generate hundreds of spins. That produces low uniqueness. That's why I spend a whole week to spin one article, so I can spin it 1000-2000 times and still get high uniqueness. And that's why I spin it on multiple levels. The more you spin it the more unique spins you can get out of it, but it is not linear. The more you spin the higher the return for your effort is.

Then there's the problem of redundant spinning. Lots of people that offer spinning services (actually I think all of them) produce redundant spinning. That is, they spin it on multiple levels but the result (spun article) ends up similar to original or other spun article because it had lots of redundant spinning. What is redundant spinning? Let's say you have a sentence:

I was going to the market to buy some fruits.

At sentence level you add an equivalent for the above as:

I will go to the store because I want to buy a few fruits.

Now, when you do word-level spinning, you will use "will go" as a synonym for "was going", "store" for "market" etc. So the result is like you didn't even done the sentence level spinning. You might even change from active voice to passive voice or reverse the order of the sub-sentences (I bet I lost you here... google "english active passive voice" and also find out about how a sentence can be comprised from multiple shorter sentences, structurally - read on linguistics). The sentence ends up ONLY LOOKING different but at n-gram level (google n-gram too) they remain very similar. Text comparison algorithms (google, copyscape, etc) are based on n-gram comparison and n-gram statistical analysis. That's why even with a super spun article done at top quality by my spinners I still get 10-15% similarity though mathematically/statistically it should be zero for a number of spins below 1000.

OK, I'll stop here, I probably lost you completely.

Adding/subtracting sentences and paragraphs will get you unique n-grams, you just have to do quite a lot of it. If you combine that with substantially re-ordering n-grams (splitting/joining sentences, changing flow, etc), it will make you less vulnerable to Copyscape and the like, because you start to get into the realm of possibility (and, if you do enough of it, probability) for two articles about the same topic. If you're not just doing text, you could put a few images and videos in there as well (I embed a choice of 20 related videos and images in between each pair of paragraphs, with 25% chance of insertion).

In the end, I usually spend the ten minutes after the synonym selection and get to 100,000-500,000 words of spintax (mostly generated by a homebrew tool) on a 500 word article, just covering variations and permutations of sentences and paragraphs.

I wish somebody would do a video on this. Spinning articles is such a pain. I'm talking about doing a quality spin that is unique, readable and grammatically correct not the "replace all" that most people do.
