How long does it take to rank your content?

I'm all about adult niches so competition is like hell or payday loans. Anyway, for the first time I had my sites being indexed (every new content... ads, posts, videos) under 30 minutes. Not sure if this is the honeypot but I'm voicing every content and uploading to YT. I take the content, make google translator voice the content and I record using audacity. Also, I'm using the pictures to illustrate the video (removing full nudity). The titles are the same. Cutts said more than once that isn't considered duplicate content so I gave it a try.

Am I the first one to try this or isn't new at all? I'm using this for escort sites and porno blogs driving traffic to my money sites.

So, voice over for escort/adult content? How does it sound? "Uhhh, ohhh yeah baby harder"? "That will be $500 for 30 minutes"?

First to try... what? Not sure what you're referring to. What titles are duplicate? YouTube and on your site? Elaborate please.
