How long does it take for PBN links to see significant results

No one can answer that, only the person who is handling the PBN and have tested it can tell how much estimated time. But it still depend on tons of other factors like content, site age, etc.

Since there are so many factors that go in to SEO it would be impossible to tell you an accurate number without knowing more info about your specific situation.
The amount domains you use and the age/quality of those domains play a significant role. Also the quality of content being posted and placement of the links. Not to mention the competition for the keywords you are going after.
If you do everything right and you aren't up against too much competition, you should theoretically start to see results after a few weeks though.

That actually depends, if your links are indexed yet or not, the quality of backlinks
However, there are many factors, as the website age, keyword difficulty...
You'll get into a google dance first (serial drop and increase then the rank get stable)

2-3 weeks if they are any good, and as above said, stay on the homepage. If someone has said 3 months, forget it.

It can start to be seen even after just one week, but there is no guarantee.
Google first has to index the PBN and afterwadds you can see some results.
But it depends on the power of the PBN as well, maybe the results are showing just that they are not that significant.
