How long does it take for betterinstaller to approve account?

Hi

4 days back i applied betterinstaller for publisher account with my website with proper description with my traffic sources links like youtube channel,FB and twitter accounts.

Till now i didn't get any response from them. How long they will take to respond either approve/decline.

Please someone suggest any good ppi networks which accept INNO installs.
