How long does it take FB to verify my photo? Legit activity :-(

I'm trying to spend some money on Facebook ads, all was going well until they blocked my account and asked me to upload a photo.

I suspect it's because I had an avatar profile picture and already use the mobile number on my personal account.

But nonetheless this is so dumb, I have a legit whitehat website selling a SaaS solution and I want to give my money to Facebook and they're just blocking my account.

How long does it normally take to verify a photo? It's been a week now...

Send the photo again.

They are the world's worst at this at times and this appears to be one of the times.

We've sent in photos more than once several times when it was delayed like yours is.
 
My wife's one get back on after 2 days.

Try to make yourself a selfie from their app if you login via phone, I think seems more legit.

They are rubbish anyway...
 
Usually takes 24-48 hours. Any longer than that and the account might just be done for.

Oh great lol. Is that how they terminate accounts just not replying?

Probably a dumb question but how do I do that? I can't see a re-upload option anywhere.

Just says

You can't use Facebook at the moment
We're reviewing the photo that you sent us.

We're always looking out for your security, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook.

Not really. It's like an implicit termination, it will be "stuck" in review and will never get unstuck.

When they explicitely terminate your account, they disable it entirely and you won't be able to even log in.

They didn't send you something via email saying something like, "We are reviewing your photo and will get back to you when you are good to go" or some kind of correspondence related to the image issue?

They used to do that and I would send them a pic every other day until someone actually approved it.
 
Wait 24-72 hours. My dummy accounts usually take 24 hours, but the longer one takes almost 3 days to review.
 
Yes, facebook has this problem to verify the photo, sometimes it takes more than a week.Try sending the photo again.

I think they want a photo because you used the same mobile phone number on that account. This happened to me before to one of my accounts because I used the same e-mail address of my personal account. So, I deleted it. I entered a new e-mail address.
 
Facebook is the most annoying platform I've used. I signed up maybe two weeks ago with my own legit account and have had to verify 3 times already - once for the payment method, then the ad account was banned, and then my personal account was banned. Took like 2 days each time.
 
I have this problem..but I send wrong image...How I can send again image? I'm block 24hours..
