Most of the time, accounts that have been warmed up will live longer and make more money. Some accounts can live for several months. Especially with insurance products, warming up the account seems quite necessary.

Expand after about 48 hours of launch and try to stay on a low budget for 3 - 5 days to get the ad account properly distributed. If the ad campaign does not violate Meta policies, the ad account can operate for a long time.

Depends a lot on vertical + spend
I usually see 2–4 weeks on average before FB throws a flag . Some lucky ones last months .

I’ve been warming up carefully and sticking to clean niches, but my accounts still usually last only about a week. Any idea why that might be happening?

The life of the account depends on your actions. If you run WH, the life will be longer (up to 1 year) when you run BH products (only about 2 weeks)
I got it. Do you usually notice better stability when keeping the budget low for the first week, or is 3–5 days enough before scaling harder?
One part depends on your product and two is that you need to change your content and posts regularly, this can prolong the life of your account.

It depends, but for most media buyers warming and scaling carefully, a new ad account usually lasts 2–6 weeks on average before restrictions if running grey/black hat or borderline offers. For white hat and clean operations, accounts can stay alive for months or even indefinitely if trust is built well—verified BM, consistent spend, no big sudden changes, and low negative feedback.
