How long before Adsense Ads Show Up?

Hi i'm a little new to adsense and IM so please dont be to harsh on me lol.

Anyway i set up a site a couple of days and i just tried to put adsense on their about 2-3 mins ago, and the ads haven't showed up. I did adsense before and they use to show up immediately, but then again that was on blogger.

This is my own site so i'm not sure how long they take. Any insight on this ? Or maybe i'm putting the code in wrong?

Sometimes it's a little bit longer then othertimes. Just wait, you'll see them soon enough !

I'm sitting on a site that has been waiting for over 30 hours for the ads to show up... Adsense is wack sometimes.

Usually its about 2-3 hours, but yeah, I've had to wait overnight before.
