I'm tired of being rejected for my good looks. If only I was rich :(

im fucking miserable guys. A year and a half ago I had a job where I could literally masterbate at my desk and fell asleep for half the day and still make 60g. My company went under and I used my unemployment time to put together some businesses. They failed and Im exhausted after a year of it, just like my bank account.

So I try to find stability in the job market, where I've always based my self esteem on. There are NO. JOBS. I drive up to LA from San Diego to knock out interviews. They are selling things like fake health insurance and counterporductive debt resolution. All the call centers have an INSANE amount of rules and the pay is literally less than half of what I'm used to making.

My trade is out the window with the progression of the internet. When was the last time anyone bought shit over the phone? fuck.

Im just generally awkward and have been all my life, never really fit in. While I was making money I used that as a crutch for my personal relationships and thats gone. I had 3 girls rotating in and out at all times and Id hook up with a new one out of my social circle every weekned. Moneys out the window and my last chick called me on the phone while she was cheating on me.

Im bitter towards women, who realy just have to make sure they look good and haev the world at their hands. I fucked one chick in the last year and I found her online. I pretty much never leave my house.

Not happy. Gonna try buying a dog.

Miserable. My life is a constant grind. I'm balancing learning SEO with struggling financially all while going through a rather nasty break up and dealing with family issues.

I'd tell you my life story but I should get back to AMR (and becoming emotionally dead).

Life is life right now.

I'm starting my business-the ONLY highlight in my life.

My ex is taking away ALL my rights of my daughter, and is expecting me to pay child support, without having anyone asked me to yet. I'm not paying $400 a month WILLINGLY to be f*cked out of my parental rights.

I'm lonely as hell. Being single sucks donkey balls right now.

I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE my job! I have a goddamn panic attack every time I walk in the door.

Once my business is profitable...and I mean enough to live on very meagerly, I'm out. I'm no longer working. I will be busting my ass until I have my empire built.

IT WILL HAPPEN...hide and watch.

I'm generally a positive person, I look on the bright side and try to make the best of life.

I own a bar and due to various complicated factors we're struggling a lot at the moment with cash flow, and that business takes up a lot of my time. Whatever spare time I have I'm using it to try to make money online - I do make money online but not very much - about $10 - $20 daily, which is fuck all when you live in London. I have hardly any time to sleep or eat or look after myself properly.

Tbh this whole "happiness is a perspective" philosophy is all well and good, but sometimes even a positive attitude won't get you out of a rut. I'm constantly anxious that it's all going to go to shit, I have butterflies in my stomach 24/7.We're running out of money and can't see a way out.

My bar is quite high profile in my town and so I'm a known face to the locals... if the bar fails I'll lose so much face, I'll have to move away from my life that I've built here because I honestly won't be able to face people, and anyway I won't be able to pay the rent so that means moving in to my mum's house (who will happily let me stay, bless her)... but then still, facing the shame of doing that and the questions from everyone I know, my friends, my family, it's just completely unbearable.

I'm averaging about 12 hours of sleep... a week. I'm going flat out to try to make extra cash with IM to save this situation but not getting anywhere fast. What's frustrating is the bar is really unique, nothing like it in the whole of London, and all the customers really fucking love it, always shaking my hand telling me how it's the best place they've been to etc. We started it a year ago and had so many doubters and haters but we showed everybody how it's done, so many people "took their hats off" to us, because now we're the busiest place in town. Everyone thinks we're rich but they don't fucking know the truth, that I can't even afford to buy new clothes and I'm surviving on Tesco Value food. I have to go and shop from out of town because owning a bar is all about the big bluff and if people knew the real situation they would talk and it would affect business.... "OMG you won't believe it, I saw the owner of XXXXX Bar buying this and that in the supermarket, you'd think he'd buy better things" etc etc... No way in hell can someone from around here can see me buying budget food.

When things are getting worse and worse week on week, debts getting bigger, and you're doing everything you can to try and make more money and still failing, you can have as positive an attitude as you want but it won't solve the fucking situation. I have the motivation and I work so hard man, so hard. As does my business partner. Yeah I know, if I lose everything I can say hey, i've got my health, my family, my friends.... but as I said if I do lose everything I won't be able to face any of my friends or my family, and I won't be able to come back to this town again... I've been here like 8 years.

So yeah, life's shit at the moment! Well hey, at least I've had the chance to get it off my chest here.

Been around the bar biz my whole life. My father owned a bar, three family members still own bars. If you are not making money and you say you are packed. You need to reevaluate your biz. Check and watch your bartenders. There giving stuff away and/or stealing from you. Even if it isnt money, its probably them giving away free drinks. Also over pouring can kill a business. Check your pricing and make sure you have all your top shelf stuff being sold as top shelf stuff. Put your top shelf drinks infront of your customers. Like build or make a display where your biggest money making liqours are at eye level and look attractive.

Go over your paper work and make sure all the income is accounted for and that your biz partner isnt dipping into the profits. If your bar is packed and your not making money, you need to figure out where it is going man. just my two cents. Check out some episodes of Bar Rescue by John Tafford and you will learn some amazing things that you can do to increase revenew n your bar.

WHAT complications?!? Are you sure you're not being stolen from? Can you sell it?

I find it hard to believe that your bar is so busy but losing money.
