i worked hard for 3 years earned money and i was with full on money, started going to late night parties, i used to spend 50$ to 100$ daily so i got a lot of friends (who are not real friends). i spend money for every friend who come to me, dri**s, Bi**hes, so i didnt saved much money because of this wastage i done to stupid friends and also given credits to my friends. :)

THE DAY CAME TO ME FOR REALIZATION OF NOT SAVING MONEY

6 months back on feb 26th time 1730 IST For just playing a 5 minutes of volleyball changed my entire life into garbage. while playing volleyball my left knee legment seriously injured.

so i was on bed for 4 months, no income : troublessssss started , every one started escaping no one visited to me when i was on bed. NO CALLS,
what i earn from the days all went to the friends parties e.t.c., (hope u understand) daily, i used to spend money like water. i never respected to money. Day came then realized my friends who took money they never try to answer my calls, no income and my girl friend married to other guy:D said to me hope u recover well soon :18: i laughed for 3 days.

I hope My life was vanished due to i didn't care my family who are real friends in your life GODS gift. my family took care of me 4 months when i was on bed :D everything on bed it self :naughty: .

After that i stopped trying this shit things and i decide to start earnING money than before

hey guys, keep your heads up. sometimes life is rough as hell and i know that from personal experience. but remember, you are in control, and you can learn from your experiences. i am a completely different person than i was just a few years ago because of the hardships and how they have smartened me up so i can prevent going through it again.

most of you are in situations you;'ve probably created yourselves, through bad decisions. this is not to be disparaging, it's just to highlight that you are in control of everything around you. we can't change the past, it's already happened, but since we've been through hell, and maybe currently, the future is bright because we know what NOT to do. lol

i assume most people here are atheists, leftists and individualists so the life might be pretty miserable for them ;)

Pretty crap at the moment. Three interviews in the last two weeks, but no luck. Thought I'd try IM while I'm unemployed, that and I want to see if I can support myself rather than other people making good money off my hard work. IM seems to be a young mans game though, either that or I'm stupid. I have only been at it about 2/3 month I suppose but I still haven't earned anything yet.

With the above said, I'll keep plodding on. I'll either get a decent enough job and IM will be put on the back burner, or I'll make my first buck and then see IM as something tangible. I think that's the problem starting IM, untill you actually make some money (any money) and hold that money in your hand or see it in the bank, it almost seems like pie in the sky.

For those that are down, keep your chin up, keep your health best you can, and keep your loved ones close.

I'm happy, and doing well, and tend to mostly ignore the rest of the world. I refuse to pay attention to the negative stuff. Does wonders. :)

happiness is a very abstract definition. Someone can make more than $100,000 a month and still feel unhappy. It totally depends on what you want, what you actually need, and what do you think you have done to pursuit them. I guess everybody has different goals in life and what makes someone happy might not make someone else happy.

life is good my health is bad to live means you must die no one wants to die but to get to heaven you have to

The world is very strange... why are so many people unhappy :(

Little bit too much weed and thinking. But my life in cool anyway. :)

Divorced from wife, paying more than the half from my wages to her, my kid is unhappy that I am gone, success in my job, but not happy with it, working 10-12 hours a day for beeing vulture, want another job but really don't know where to apply as I am a lateral entrant and anyone wants academics in my country. If I work more, my kid is unhappier, if i earn more i'll keep the same amount. Only good point is my gf. Want to move together, but money keeps me in my lousy cold flat. It is so belying to be in the mid-thirties, earning well but have to live like a 19 year old student.

guys who are unhappy must shrink down their criterias of being happy...for example:

the unhappy guy - what he needs to be happy:

- much money (millionaire? :P )
- a super hot girl friend
- huge huge social circles
- this and that materialistic thing
- blah blah

be grateful for what you got and on the other hand: have big big dreams and aims and chunk them down into small pieces and work yourself to the top...each time you have reached a small goal (which means you are reaching your big dream) will make you happy as hell....

now this is the way I think! whenever i take action and make my moves towards my goals + being grateful for what i've got till now = HAPPINESS!!!

my life is poor and bored. trying to make it change

well, this is a good thread. i'd like to tell the people who are hitting rock bottom my story a little bit and maybe it will bring a new perspective - at least in regards to money.

i was wealthy, not really wealthy but worth a million or so. i made about $10k a week in my best months. i never saved a dime, don't know where it went. i had everything anyone could want - then my method died.

right about that time a girl called and said she was pregnant. turned out to be twins. i got the paternity test and they were mine. i figured i could make a comeback on the method, and i wanted to be a decent dad. i bought a house with its own lake (more like several large ponds) just so we could feed the ducks without going to the park.

i also needed a 4 door car so i bought the new chrysler 300 before they were released to the public. i think i paid 70k for that piece of shit.

anyway, i never made my comeback. i lost the house a year later, borrowed $50k from friends and family. i had no place for the kids and the broad hooked up with another dude and went after me for child support. i spent my last $10k on attorney fees and never paid 6 figures in taxes because i literally was left with nothing.

i tried to negotiate a settlement with the irs for nearly 2 years, but they would take no offer that i was able to accomodate. at this time i was drinking a bottle of wine every night in a one bedroom studio and popping xanax. i had an anxiety attack and the hospital had me "admitted" - they made me play with a stuffed animal, asked me how it felt and let me out the next day. the next month i got a 12k bill from the hospital.

then irs levied me and cleaned out my account. they got a whopping 10 dollars and b of a charged me a couple hundred for the fees involved with the levy.

the things above took place over a 4-5 year period which aged me 15 years. there were many other things, but i dont want to bore anyone.

THEN, SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL HAPPEND!

i accepted the situation. i stopped fighting the irs, i stopped fighting the 2k a month child support (note i have never not paid child support, i just havn't paid the amount she wanted). i stopped trying to hang on to my possessions.

I BECAME FREE!

I left the U.S. (i had previously lived in other countries) my pitiful im income gives me a lifestyle comparable to that (well almost) which i had before. i work on volunteer projects all over the world and help people (like Wizgizmo said), and i can tell you that when i stopped fighting and just "moved on" my life truly began.

i had always pursued wealth for the sake of . . . pursuing wealth. it never occurred to me that money could be used for anything other than buying shit. a nicer this, a newer that.

i owe my new life to the irs, if they would have made a deal with me i would have slaved away forever, even 6 figures at 20+% interest, i would have stayed. i love the irs. if it werent for the broad wanting more money than i could afford, i'd be working at a fricken grocery store.

but these people were so hard on me that they put me in the position of abandoning all hope - that is the greatest gift anyone could give me.

i still bounce back and forth between countries. my life is exciting. i help a lot of people. i make an ok living and i live in countries that, when you sign up for an affiliate account there is no such thing as a taxpayer id.

so all you guys at rock bottom be thankful, it is the only time major life changes happen and i hope they are for the best for all of you!

My Life? Better than Many..... Isn't it enough?
