Yea I actually wondered the same thing.. It ranks pretty good for its keyword.. 3rd in my browser. If I was google I would've claimed it a long time back

Yeah there's tons of them around. Take a look on Flippa and see all the numpties buying sites and domain names with trademarks, it's incredible really.

I have seen them laying around flippa to, yea its been 4 years so google obviously knows about it. they just dont care i suppose, as long as its good quality and not giving them a bad name.

Well, I don't think Google would need any kind of promotion. It's their negligence IMO.
Also, about advgoogle, it is monetizing the name of "google" for profits. Shouldn't google churn this site out?
