Yea I actually wondered the same thing.. It ranks pretty good for its keyword.. 3rd in my browser. If I was google I would've claimed it a long time back

Yeah there's tons of them around. Take a look on Flippa and see all the numpties buying sites and domain names with trademarks, it's incredible really.

I have seen them laying around flippa to, yea its been 4 years so google obviously knows about it. they just dont care i suppose, as long as its good quality and not giving them a bad name.

Well, I don't think Google would need any kind of promotion. It's their negligence IMO.

Also, about advgoogle, it is monetizing the name of "google" for profits. Shouldn't google churn this site out?

Even I own a site with "google" in domain name and never had problems, my site ranks #1 in google.ro for it's main keyword, and I own this domain name since 2009 (top10googledotro).
