How is possible someone makes 1 milion views for 2 weeks only and they 0 subscribers and only 2 videos

They probably bought the views from a provider.
 
Pretty sure it's a penalty situation for them in a short time. Or very viral video.

I think behind 1milion views on 2 weeks are something else that we don't know for one thing im sure they are earning $$
 
they're definitely not earning anything for fake views. And if they are all fake (which they probably are) then the account will get banned soon.
 
Sounds fake to me. 1million views in 2 weeks with no subscribers. If its viral there should be thousands of subscribers
 
Usually whenever a video goes viral on a new account, at least a couple hundred people are bound to subscribe. Take this video about Ebonics for instance; notice how the user only has a single video with 6 million views, but has 2,940 subscribers.
With that said, the views were probably purchased.
