How is this made??

I've found an interesting kind of videos for house/dance/electro music.
Since I don't have any experience with video editing I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

I guess it's some kind of template but as mentioned earlier I don't have a clue about these sort of things.

Search "after effects graphic equalizer tutorial". This will show you how the basics are made the rest are just simple effects (glows and lighting). Now the big thing with this particular one is it has many different bands so it will take quite a nice amount of work. I have not time to look for a template this complex but when I do I will reply here with a DL link.
