I don't really understand FB marketing, but I have a local business client for whom I am running online ad campaigns. This is a local business that sells only one kind of product (bed mattresses).
We know of a competitor who is killing it on Facebook, but I don't think the guy is even using any ads (although he might be). He just has a pinned post on his business page that always gets hundreds of comments and shares. I think he deletes the post after a week or so and then makes a new one and starts the process over again.
Does anyone know what this guy could be doing to get so much engagement? We made a similar kind of post and boosted it to our city, but the response was terrible and we got no phone calls. But we know this competitor is getting 10+ calls a day from this.
