I've tried more than a dozen ip proxys,and many sms provider,
when i use sms, ig cannot recv code..
when i use email, pop an extra security step is required!
i test on android device, ig main, ig lite, I can't register any of them
but some vpn ip can create!
some time login google account and safetynet available can create account....
How can I create account....
