But how my posts reach 10000-20000 people with 5 likes and I do nothing for increase reach?It is weird because my page has 1069 like.

What kind of posts are they; link, photo or video?
Different post type gets different reach, alongside other factors.

I think thats quite normal with the current Facebook update.
They tend to give more organic reach to media (pics, especially videos) than links.

There are also a few chances some one copied your post URL and posted that to their page or group.. Or as comment in a very high trending post.. If this is done it may not show as shared count but it is actually shared. Organic reach can be easily achieved by this way
