They had lot of ddos issues long time ago but now they are good. I didnt see any down time on my vps since last couple months. Also in their litespeed hosting had few issues too but all things now working fine for me.
Honestly speed not the best like others I think that because of moldove servers. I really like them only because they ignore dmca complains completely.

I recommend you start using their services and check everything. Only your own expertise will help you to understand if they are good for you or not.

So to find out if web hosting provider is going to work for you - better try them personally.
If someone sign up for web hosting plan under impression of good reviews and after that do not get the service he/she expected?
Most companies have money back guarantee period. Why don't use that for tests? After that period anyone can get money back or continue using the provider.

Used them, no single issue. They had ddos attack in past months, now is very better than before.
Very good support in ticket system, I had VPS with them. No downtime (I had use Uptimerobot).
They ignore DMCA, so give a try... that will be your experience.
For me they are fine and no issues.
